In this intensive 2-session course you will be introduced to the wild and wonderful world of fermentation. Come and learn a wide variety of methods to give your kitchen and your gut health something to smile about.

Across the two sessions you will learn all about self brining, lacto fermentation, all things pickled, vinegars and alcohols, the curing process and a lot more.You will go home with your own sauerkraut, kimchi, gravlax, dill pickles, pickled onions, mead, apple cider vinegar, mustard and then some.
